Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary pass (Science background preferred)

• Age Limit: 20 – 35 years (For Freshers up to 25 years)

• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply

• Ability to work in a structured retail pharmacy environment

Nature of Job

• Permanent Employment (Work tenure up to 58 years of age)

Salary Structure

• Pharmacy Trainee / RTA: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 NTH

• Pharmacy Assistant: ₹14,628 CTC (₹11,396 NTH)

• Experienced Candidates: Salary negotiable based on interview performance
