Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund or cancellation once the service you availed. However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and it will be credited to original source within 7-10 business days.

1. Nature of Job Application Fees:
- a.Job application fees are collected to cover administrative, verification, and processing costs associated with forwarding job applications to employers.
- b. These fees help ensure only genuine applications are submitted and maintain the quality of services for both applicants and recruiters.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Fees:
Job application fees are generally non-refundable under the following conditions:
- a. The application has been submitted successfully.
- b. The user decides not to proceed after payment.
- c. The employer rejects the application or does not respond.
- d. Incorrect job selection by the applicant.
- e. Failure to secure employment after application.
3. Eligible Refund Conditions:
Refunds may be considered only under specific, limited circumstances:
- a. Duplicate Payment: If a user is charged multiple times for the same job application, a refund of the extra amount will be initiated upon verification.
- b. Technical Errors: In cases where technical errors lead to an unsuccessful application submission after payment.
- c. Fraudulent Job Posting: If the job listing is found to be fraudulent or in violation of our posting policies, and the applicant reports it before the application is submitted.
4. Refund Process:
- a. Refund requests must be submitted to support@advine360.in or 9749000822 within 7 days of the transaction.
- b. The support team will review the request and may ask for supporting documents (e.g., payment receipts, screenshots).
- c. Any applicable payment gateway or administrative charges may be deducted.
5. No Return Policy:
As the services offered (job applications) are digital in nature and are processed immediately upon submission, there is no return policy for such services.
6. Policy Updates:
Advine360 reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with immediate effect.
