Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot issue a refund or cancellation once the service you availed However, we will consider granting a refund that meets certain internal criteria (e.g. duplicate order) and will grant refunds at our reasonable discretion. and Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and it will be credited to original source within 7-10 business days.

1. Job Application Fee Overview:

  • a. Job application fees are charged to process and forward applications to employers and provide applicants access to exclusive job listings or recruitment services.
  • b. These fees are non-transferable and associated with specific job listings or services.


2. Cancellation Policy:
By using our website, you agree to:

  • a. Before Submission: If a cancellation request is received before the application has been submitted to the employer, a full refund may be processed, subject to administrative charges (if any).
  • b. After Submission: Once an application has been forwarded to the employer or marked as submitted, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
  • c. Duplicate Payment: In cases of duplicate payment due to technical errors, users must notify us within 7 days with proof of payment. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded in full.


3. Dispute Resolution:
Any refund or cancellation disputes should be reported to our support team at support@advine360.in within 15 days of the transaction date.
