The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting back-office operations with a focus on data accuracy, process efficiency, and coordination. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage routine operational tasks effectively.
Review and verify data entries, reports, and documentation
Maintain high standards of accuracy and data quality
Coordinate with internal teams to improve operational processes
Prepare performance reports and handle operational escalations
Assist in training and mentoring new team members
