Work Profile: Assisting in solar panel installation

Working Hours: 11 hours per day

Working Days: 28 days per month

Weekly Off: 2 days per month
Salary & Benefits

Gross Salary: ₹20,000 per month

In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 + PF

Weekly Incentive: ₹500 cash provided every Friday
