Job Description

• Work Profile: Assisting in solar panel installation

• Working Hours: 11 hours per day

• Working Days: 28 days per month

• Weekly Off: 2 days per month

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Salary: ₹20,000 per month

• In-hand Salary: ₹18,000 + PF

• Weekly Incentive: ₹500 cash provided every Friday

Accommodation & Facilities

• Free Accommodation: Company-provided room

• Free Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Salary Payment

• Salary Credit Date: 8th of every month

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 5th Pass

• Experience: Not mandatory

Required Documents

• PAN Card (linked with Aadhaar)

• Valid bank account

• Passport-size photographs – 5 copies
