Hiring For: Adani Petrochemicals Worksite

Available Positions:

• Carpenter (Skilled Workers)

• Fitter (Skilled Workers)

• Helpers

Salary Structure:

• Helpers: ₹440 (Day) + ₹440 (Night) = ₹880/day

• Skilled Workers (Carpenter/Fitter): ₹500 (Day) + ₹500 (Night) = ₹1,000/day

Work Schedule:

• Shift Duration: 12 Hours (6 + 6 hours)

• Day Shift Timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Attendance: Full 12-hour duty counts as two shifts (double payment)

Overtime (O.T) Pay:

• Timing: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Pay: ₹440 per day (additional)

Estimated Monthly Earnings:

• Helpers: ₹30,800/month (Approx.)
  (Includes 30 Duty Days + 10 O.T Days)

• Skilled Workers: ₹35,000/month (Approx.)
  (Same work and overtime conditions)

Facilities Provided:

• Accommodation: Company-provided living quarters

• Meals: Three meals daily at company canteen for ₹100/day

  • Total Monthly Deduction: ₹3,000

• Advance Salary: Weekly advance of ₹1,000 for personal use

• Other Benefits: Provident Fund (PF) & Employee State Insurance (ESI) included

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Documents Required:

  • Aadhaar Card

  • PAN Card

  • Other Valid Government-Issued Identity Documents

Travel Assistance:

• Joining Travel: Company will arrange train tickets

• Return Travel: After 4 months of continuous service, the company will cover round-trip home travel expenses
