Currently, Rashmi Group is hiring 150 Security Guards for its Kharagpur Plant.

Position Details:

• Position: Security Guard

• Job Location: Kharagpur, West Bengal

• Industry: Iron & Steel Manufacturing (Factory Duty)

• Total Vacancy: 150

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Madhyamik (10th Pass)

• Age Limit: 21 to 45 years

• Height Requirement: Minimum 5’6’’

• Location Preference: Candidates from West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha are eligible

• Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply

• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit and have no criminal record

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for security and safety within the plant premises

• Maintain discipline and follow all company safety rules

• Assist in entry/exit checking, surveillance, and gate control

• Report any unusual or unauthorized activities immediately

Work Details:

• Work Type: Factory Duty at Plant Premises

• Shift Timings: 8 hours per day

• Working Days: 26 days per month

• Training Period: 2 days (with free food and lodging)

• Accommodation: Provided by the company

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary (In-hand): ₹14,500/-
