Work Nature

• Customer assistance and branch support role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and guide walk-in customers for smooth branch operations

• Assist customers in using digital banking services

• Provide information related to ATM card usage and basic banking services

• Support overall customer service activities within the branch

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate with good computer knowledge

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Banking & Finance (BFSI), Customer Service, BPO, or other service industries

• Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

• Gender: Male and Female candidates eligible

• Local Candidates Only

Salary & Work Schedule

• CTC: ₹24,205/-

• Duty Hours: General Shift

• Weekly Off: Sunday and calendar holidays
